Family History Introductory Phase

1. Login to Family Search - https://familysearch.org

Uses your LDS Account

2. Find your FamilySearch “Contact Name” and “Helper Number”

Find this information in Settings, by clicking on your username in the top right corner of the screen when logged in.

3. Create a Fan Chart

4. Watch at least 2 videos on the youth family history site

(https://www.lds.org/youth/family-history)

5. Find the full names and birthdates of all of your Great-Grandparents using Family Tree

6. Find a story about one of your Grandparents. (From them if possible)

a. How they met

b. A faith promoting story

c. How they overcame some trial

7. Email your Fan Chart, Contact Name and Helper Number to lindon13fh@gmail.com when you have completed all items.
